This person is trying to send money through business and services to my paypal from oversea. When it was done, the status of the transaction detail on his side shows confirmed. He used his bank account to send this payment. However after 24 hours, I still do not get any notification on my side even saying that there is a pending payment. Usually if someone sends money, the status should say complete, but what does confirmed mean?
