For around 10 years, I have been using paypal to make online purchases. I click the "pay with paypal" link on the merchant site. This directs me to the paypal site where I log in and click on the "Purchase now" link. This then returns me back to the merchant web site. Went to do this Saturday and instead of a Paypal pay link, I got taken to: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/paypal-popup
There is NO link to make a payment with!!
How can I purchase stuff with paypal, if it is paypal that won't provide a link to pay with?
Seems kind of antithetical to the idea of paypal.
