The trainline has issued me two refunds. 1 went through absolutely fine. But the other seems to be floating about in space because they said it has been sent from their side but it isn't in my account. So where is the money??????
The bot is of absolutely NO use and it makes me want to pull my hair out and delete paypal all together.
p.s. I can provide a transaction ID but dont want to post it on a forum.
