Why I can't pay Instagram Ads via my PayPal ? 

The note keep saying ' We weren't able to authorize your card. Please choose another way to pay' 

I have set my PayPal balance as preferred to make payment. But it always goes to my Bank account card. Can you help

Welcome to PayPal Community! I realize there may be issues when you attempt to make a payment. I know this can be frustrating. Generally, the PayPal balance is used first and then you can decide your secondary funding source. If you do not have enough funds in your balance to complete the payment, the secondary source will be used.

What is my preferred payment method and how can I change it?
