I want to purchase an item on eBay. The item is $10.55 and I have $10.63 left in my PayPal account. When I tried to pay for the item with PayPal, it says "We ran into a problem and PayPal isn't available right now. Please select a different payment option."
What can I do? Is it doing this because I don't have a lot of money in my account?
