Why didn't Client receive a confirmation payment email

A client paid for a product via my website however they never got a confirmation email of payment?
How can I make sure they get one in future?

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum, and welcome as a new member!
These emails are automated, and not a feature you will need to add to your PayPal account. If your buyer has not received the payment notification email, they will need to check the junk/spam mailbox, and ensure PayPal emails are marked as safe.
