Withdrawal of funds-methods

Hello everyone,i was hoping to ask if anyone knows ways to withdraw money in the European region-Serbia.As i understood US paypal users are at an advantage,but what can be done concearning this case?

You can withdraw to a debit / credit or prepaid card.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

The link has led me to a new paypal account creation page.I alredy have a paypal account but the only option i have available is to withdraw money from a local US-based bank,while withdrawal to my card is not even shown as possible.Do i need to create s different account and transfer my money to it then?

Thank you for providing assistance.I use a mobile application for paypal,and when i want to withdraw i get the message”link a bank account “ in which i am lead to a online paypal page where i can only submit a US bank account.
