Hi,
I did transaction through xoom on May 6th,neither recipient got the money nor I got the refund back since May 6th.I have been emailing xoom customer service since May 6th and I am keep getting same answer after few hours of wait and in most of the cases after 24 hours wait mentioning "waiting for payment partner feedback".Currently,xoom is not supporting Phone support due to Coronavirus pandemic and communication is only through email.Did anyone face similar problem recently and how issue got resolved?I cannot call customer service on phone as they are not supporting phone call right now.Is there a way to get management's email address so I can cc them.I am using this forum since xoom website doesn't have this feature and Paypal is Parent Company so thought through this forum I will get management's attention and someone will reach out to me quickly.Waiting for management to reach out to me so I get my transaction squared away which has been pending since May 6th thanks

Dear Mantaria,
I have absolutely the same problem, and on the top paypal took money from my bank for xoom transaction which has "pending refund" status since 05/11/20, and today is 12/11/20. Spoke to xoom yesterday and was informed is quite rude way that they don't owe me money, everything was refunded.
They requested prints screens of the transactions and my bank statement, these were provided, and I haven't heard anything from them since that.
What did you do to recover your money?
It's a substantial amount of more than £2K in my case, and I am terrified thinking about time and efforts I have to undertake to recover the funds. Keeping in mind xoom was fined by USD31million in 2015 for fraudulent transfers, I feel I have no chances...
Please let me know what steps did you take to succeed?
