i had to cancel trip because my girl friend got covid the airline refunded her ticket but gave me i year to use it. is it possible to get a refund on my ticket as without her i don t really want to go? used my paypal card just read something that some cards have a clause about this
This is tricky because your situation wouldn’t apply under the available dispute options of “item not received” and “significantly not as described”. PayPal will tell, you to work it out with the airline but call PayPal customer service and ask. Or just go visit family or friend from out of state/country.
