bank shows paypal charge but paypal account does not.. no email about order confirmation

I was ordering from boohoo.com and was checking out and logged into my paypal to place the order but it said there wasnt enough funds in my account because it had already taken the money out. On my bank account for my debit card it shows an order for paypal/boohoo but I have no confirmation anywhere that it was ordered. I dont know what to do.

Thank you for contacting PayPal. 

If you made a transaction on your credit or debit card statement, but can’t find it on your PayPal account, it’s likely that your purchase was completed through our guest checkout. A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, however you may not have logged in to your account to perform the transaction.
