cant pay through paypal

i have enough balance on paypal but i cant pay through my balance, im paying for www.mql5.com for deposit, any solution?

Did checkout keep asking for a card when you select your PayPal balance to pay? Read the screen carefully as it may be asking for a back up payment method. You can select a linked card from your PayPal account or add a new card.
