contact phone number from Ireland

I have tried to contact payPal via phone number my Credit Card Service however no one to reply only available for the U.K or Germany, I find this to be most unhelpful. Money taken from my card but seller states they did not recieve it.  Any advice

Paypal UK customer services are just outside Dublin !!!

However phones are generally not available at the moment so your options are......

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

However if you want advice on here then give some information including whether you logged in to pay or paid as a guest buyer

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
