Did you open a paypal dispute?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Did paypal find in your favour?
Did paypal tell you to return the item?
Did you provide paypal with a tracking number?
Does tracking show the item as delivered back to the seller?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

You have up to 20 days to escalate to a claim so when you do so is up to you BUT make sure you do it BEFORE 20 days or it will time out.
