email confirmation of transaction

I have made a transaction 5 days ago but although it is appearing on my Paypal account I have not had email confirmation of it going through. 

The payment has not been deducted from my linked bank account or back up credit card

should I be worried?

What country are you in?

What does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account............

pending / unclaimed.

pending / unclaimed iwth a cancel option.

pending.

sent / completed.

uncleared.

It says none of those things. It has the usual minus sign indicating that the payment has gone through. It is a pre approved payment with Sony for a year subscription
