Hi. My client purchased tickets via paypal yet she used a fictitious email address. We had to cancel the tour. I issued her a refund and was then curious as to why paypal did not post the transaction. That's when I saw the modified email address. How do I enter her correct email address in order to send her the refund (and get paypal's reversal of the fee)?
