" Continued "something went wrong" message

I keep trying to complete a transaction with these people but keep getting a " Something went wrong" message. Original payment details: Solarna, LLC $60.00 USD September 19, 2019 They keep telling me they get Paypal payments from others with no problem.

The errors continue. When trying to complete the transaction, at checkout, I am sent to the Paypal site, logged in and approved, then sent back to the Reks eyegalss site, to complete the transaction. When I hit the checkout and pay button, I get an clocktype icon, then after a minute or so, the "something went wrong" message. this has been going on for several weeks. The site says they don't have any trouble from others using Paypal, but I'm finding that hard to believe.

From what you have described this doesn't sound like a PayPal issue. As you mentioned that you are able to log in and payment is approved but when directed back to the seller's site to complete the transaction that is when you experience ths problem.

 

You may try using a different browser and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise, it's possible that there is an integration issue with the seller's checkout. Regrettably, that would be an issue the seller would have to resolve on their side.

I am having the exact same issue. I am not sure if the issue is about my account being limited, paypal having problems, or that the website where I am trying to pay is not working.

Did you manage to fix your issue?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to make payments. If your account is limited, it can affect your ability to send payments. You may want to resolve any limitations on your account before attempting to make a payment. Once the limitation is lifted, attempt to make the payment again. If you are still having issues, please contact PayPal for additional assistance. How do I find out if I have account limitations? I can't be sure. I tried contacting a support agent, but I keep getting the message that they are closed at the moment. When are the business hours and in what time zone?
"Messaging support is not available at this time. Please try again during business hours."
