Good day!, Recently we booked a flight on july 22,2019 and I use paypal as may payment method which linked on my debit card. The problem is , It deducted on my card but no payment confirmation or receipt from paypal. We call on cebu pacific and they say, they cannot retrieve a confirmed booking from us. They recommend to coordinate to paypal. Please help Thank you

Occasionally a merchant's system will fail to capture an order that is placed through PayPal. It can be anything from the scope of the merchant not wanting to process the payment due to fraud or a system glitch. If this is the case, you would want to make the transaction again as your ticket confirmation won't go through.
