Bestbuy.com Order Refunded, not showing in PayPal activity

On March 28, I had placed an order on this: CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 2TB HDD + 240GB SSD. After having it for a week, I have decided that I no longer wanted it. So I went to my local Best Buy store and returned it there. The store clerk told me that my refund would be going back to my PayPal account which was used as a payment method on the transaction.
Normally, whenever I would receive refunds from merchants, it would show up on my Paypal transaction history that a refund was made. But for some reason, I did not see any refund from Best Buy for this particular order. This started making me very anxious. Decided to give Best Buy customer support a call and they assured me that my refund would take about 24 hours to reflect back onto my debit card since that is what I used to make the transaction.
It has now been over 24 hours.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what steps did you take to resolve the issue.
Here is a quick summary of my issue:
I placed an order on a Gaming PC from Bestbuy.com on March 28. Returned it at my local Best Buy store yesterday, April 12. Have not received my refund as of yet.
