Bizare Charges from GOOGLE *SERVICES G.CO/HELPPAY# CA in 2019 Being Refunded by Paypal

I am an office manager at a small company where we sell online & in store. I have been with the company for about 3 years but in 2019 I left for a few months, from May 25th to Nov 1 2019,  due to some medical issues; this is pertinent to my question(s).

Today when I came into the office I saw that Paypal had refunded 2 charges on our account and with some digging I found that there were a total of 7 charges in June & July 2019 from GOOGLE *SERVICES G.CO/HELPPAY# CA. No one in the office knows what these are nor would there be any reason for google to be charging us.

It looks like there are 3 charges from June 6th 2019 for $50, 1 from June 7th for $50, 2 from July 13th for $50 and 3 from July 13th for $168. It looks like the 2 that have been refunded and they have been refunded in the order that they charged but my question is has anyone else had any kind of issue similar to this? Why would it have taken Paypal over a year to refund fraudulent charges and how/why did they just find them if they were never brought to Paypal's attention (I couldn't being them to the attention as I had no idea they existed).

Any help, suggestions and/or insight would be appreciated.

I had the same issue but then back tracking realized it was for Google Fiber Wifi POINTs.   I bought several of them for my office.

Hi there. I've been receiving these charges on our nonprofit Paypal account, including getting charged the same amount twice on one day. Did you figure out the problem? Thank you

No I have yet to get an answer on this and I have talked to Paypal, Google and Google Fiber. I did see that one user said that they are for Google Fiber Wifi Points (general definition at bottom of message) however we do not have Google Fiber at our office. We signed up to get Google Fiber & had fiber from January 2019 to March 2019 but then cancelled it and went back to the other provider so there would be no reason for Google to charge us in June & July 2021.

I plan on continuing to look into this but ir ANYONE figures this out or if anyone else is getting charges this without have Google services of any kind I would be incredibly grateful for the information.

What are Wifi Points?  An access point is a device that creates a wireless local area network, or WLAN, usually in an office or large building. An access point connects to a wired router, switch, or hub via an Ethernet cable, and projects a Wi-Fi signal to a designated area.
