Can't cash out my TikTok Wallet

Hello! I've had this problem since I deleted my old PayPal account that my TikTok wallet would be transferred to. I have a new PayPal (This one) and now i can't cash out! I really need my money! I'm guessing my old (deleted) PayPal account is still attached to my TikTok, is there any way that I can fix this?

Hi @Corlee,

I'm sorry to hear that an old PayPal account is associated with the account that you're trying to initiate a payment from. I took a look through the Help Center on TikTok and was not able to find instructions for changing your PayPal account information for withdrawal from their site. I regret that I was also unable to find a way to contact TikTok for customer service. 😞
