I ordered a laptop on 11/2 and quickly canceled the order because I was afraid I didn't do enough research on the product. The next morning my order showed "canceled" on my Walmart account. I call paypal to ask how long the funds will take to deposit back in my balance, they told me the purchase wasn't showing as canceled on their end. So I reach out the walmart after a day or two of waiting, who tells me it's already been canceled, and I do this back and forth a few times to figure out the problem. Paypal informs me all they (Walmart) need to do is fax over some information confirming the cancellation. I call Walmart, tell them the situation and all I'm looking for is a fax as I need this refund asap. She continues to ignore my request and after I repeat myself 5 times she tells me she will call my bank to expedite the refund. I request a call back after she makes the call so I can confirm that she was actually going to do it, which she agreed to. It's now the next day 11/7 and I didn't receive a call back. What are my options (besides waiting weeks for the payment to expire)?
