Cannot connect to Squarespace. Too many redirects.

Hello. I am currently attempting to connect my business on Squarespace with my business PayPal account. I used to go through Bluehost and had it set up easily there, and recently changed over to Squarespace. I've tried doing the suggested clearing of cookies and have reached out to both Squarespace and PayPal but neither have replied, most likely due to COVID-19. Has anyone got any ideas on how to fix this issue?

 Ive just created a website and Im having the exact same issue myself let us know if you work out what the issue was, I've tried linking from my phone my laptop and my desktop as well as clearing cookies and i even tried reinstalling my browser. I also tried on Microsoft edge and that didn't work as i usually always use chrome
