I have used my PayPal account on 2 other websites this week, but I keep getting an error message when I try to pay using PayPal on Pottery Barn: “Error encountered authorizing PayPal account. Please try again or choose another payment method.” I called their help number and the only suggestion was that there was a problem with my PayPal account. Any suggestions?
