On Depop, someone had purchased an item from me but then later asked to cancel it because she had issues with her bank. I refunded her the money through Paypal and it went through after a couple of days, however, the transaction on Depop under the "receipts" tab still shows that I have to ship out the item and that it is "awaiting shipment" even though I already refunded the buyer. I originally thought since Depop and PayPal are linked, that it would automatically get rid of the order on the Depop app. However, it is still on the app after everything was refunded. Is there a way to get rid of it? It's really annoying because I have many orders and I get it mixed in with the orders I actually have to ship. And it is constantly stating in the receipts tab that I need to ship it out even though the order was refunded and "canceled". Please help!! Thank you ❤️
