Depop payment to bank account

I have sold a few items already on depop where the person has purchased and as depop has told me the payment is going to my bank account I just assumed money was going into my bank account . I have just checked my bank statement now and have seen no money entering my account . I have also checked my mums bank statement and no money entered there too as her card and my card are the only cards linked to my paypal . Im shocked and gutted as where has my depop sale payments been going to ? Whos card has it been going into as it’s certainly not mine or my mums . How can I change or check what card depop has been sending my payments too ? Please help

When you sell anywhere at all the funds go into your paypal account  BALANCE, then when and if you want to you click on transfer and withdraw them to any confirmed bank account you have linked to your paypal account.

So if funds are NOT going into your balance then you need to check......

the email address you have on depop and make sure its your paypal registered one and that it is correctly spelt.

that the email address has been verified.

Thankyou for replying to me ! I thought all depop payments were made to paypal aswell but recently some payments when I go to the receipt page it says “payment being transferred to bank account “ . I’ve checked on my PayPal if the money is being sent there first but it’s not being sent there but to my bank account (as depop says) . I have checked my bank statement and my moms and no money is going there too and the only cards linked to my PayPal is mine and my moms . I’m genuinely confused and worried as where the hell are my payments going too

Looks to me as what i said was correct unless there are other ways to receive depop payments that i don't know about (as i don't use depop).

Oh yeah there is other ways to recurve depop payments which is through bank account . I think it’s a new addition to the app

In that case if you are accepting payments directly through your bank account what does paypal have to do with it?

Because you can’t receive any depop payments Without linking your paypal account (which mine is ) . All your bank cards comes from paypal , so my enquiry is there’s only two cards on my paypal and no payments are going into either so I’m confused on what to do lol. I’m not sure if it’s to do with depop or PayPal . I have enquires to depop too
