I don't even know what a Paypal card is ??? I' be paid online with Paypal for many years and am frustrated that even Tesco don't accept it online.If it helps you I know for certain Iceland supermarket here in the UK do accept it for online grocery shopping .

Morrisons and Ocado currently accept PayPal for online shopping. I wish other supermarkets would also.

If you have one, yes, it's like any other card (though the access card I had was a debit, not credit one),so can not see why not.

In the UK you can order online from Iceland,Morrisons,Tesco and ASDA by paying Paypal Credit and Direct.

Also you can use your paypal cash card in any of those supermarkets
