Email Spam?? Money on hold for tracking number

PayPa1 <removed>Sent me a pdf saying my money is on hold and will only be released if the shipment tracking number is sent ?? Is this spam or fake. Does paypal hold my money for a shipment tracking number????

Welcome to the PayPal community. When you receive a payment on your PayPal account we may hold the funds for a number of different reasons however you will be able to see this payment on your PayPal account even if it is on hold. If you are not seeing the payment in your PayPal account then you have not yet received a payment. Please do not ship out your item unless you can see that payment on your PayPal account. I have edited your post to remove the email address you shared to comply with forum guidelines however I have reviewed it and I can confirm that it is not a PayPal email address.

Total scam ,,holding $700 for no reason other than to collect interest off the funds held w everyone elses ,, Burned me for $3000 in gold bars and a cellphone 2 years ago.. Told them I was coming down to their corporate office and talk to someone face-to-face whiny **bleep** said it’s a threat Cant pay bills , pay for prescriptions , mail out purchased items , buy christmas for the kids - said its not their problem — now buyers cant pay for purchased items Is there anyway for a company to go any lower on people —- understand the 8000 complaints w the BBB now - cant believe there isnt triple that —- paypal is a complete scam .... DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT ROBBED

Paypal is a total fraud company , Unauthorized withdrawal from peoples banks , holding funds from sellers on ebay , been selling since 2013 and every problem I have ever had is due to PayPal, holding $700 right now , gave me about eight different excuses that did not apply - they’re just holding the money along with everyone else’s so they can draw interest off of it , told them I was coming to the corporate office to speak with someone face-to-face and boom it’s a threat — Bogus — now buyers can’t pay for items, I can’t mail purchased items out pay my bills or even pay the overdraft fees and late charges because of PayPal- I won’t mention Christmas for the kids Pathetic and disgusting excuse for a company that says they value customers - look at their Facebook page - it’s all negative, say something they don’t like in front of everyone they delete your comment and prevent you from commenting anymore —- DEMOCRAT Company - Big shocker to find out they’re located in California 🙄 If anyone wants a company they can depend on it sure is not PayPal - If you like being robbed and scammed by all means use PayPal
