Error 2002 xsolla

So my problem is that I was trying to buy game from escapefromtarkov.com and everything seemed fine I chose to pay with paypal, fill email a then I get this error
"2002: It looks like the Payment System is currently unavailable. Please try again with a different payment method or contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com."

I already tried to contant xsolla support and game support and they said everything is ok on their site and that I should contact paypal, so my question is, what can I do? Friend of mine had no problem paying with paypal

Hey, had the same issue and just found the solution.

It seems that my provider in Germany was blocking the link during the transaction, I tried with a free VPN to connect from another Country (France) and it worked. Hope it helps 😉
