How do I block a person from sending me money?

My ex partner has my paypal details to pay child maintenance for our daughter. Things have been difficult for a few months with regards to sending me nasty messages. I have blocked him form all other routes of communication and changed my email/contact numbers. However, he is using my paypal details as an opportunity to send me messages paying a few pence each time. How do I block/remove his details from my account so he can no longer send me messages. I have looked everywhere to be able to stop this and I cannot find a solution. If someone can offer some help that does not include closing down my paypal  account, I would appreciate it.

Unfortunately you cannot block someone - one option would be to change your email address.

Not true .

It is, in fact, possible to block somebody.

In the main page you'll see summary ,PP balance ,PP credit if you have it and on the right the people you had a transaction in the past . Now just above the last one you'll ses three vertical dot.

Click on that and you ll access menage contact in which by clicking on the one you want to block, you'll be given this option .

I hope this help.
