How do I reinstate my PayPal payments for iTunes?

I accidentally canceled my PayPal billing agreement with my iTunes and Apple App Store. What steps should I take to get it reinstated?

You may be able to reactivate it in here...........
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.

I just selected None and then Save. Then I went back in to select my PayPal. It STILL did NOT accept it. Do I have to select another payment method such as my own credit card then go back to PayPal?

I clicked on my profile upper right the icon next to logout takes me login to PayPal? Also in the regular PayPal there’s no option to reinstate (Activate) to use PayPal iPhone iTunes Apple store. When I go through iPhone settings it takes tells me to login to PayPal and takes me there to choose what payment method but I don’t see an option to tap a check mark for PayPal? Am I doing this wrong?
