How can I withdraw money from PayPal to my Lesotho bank account? I have tried to follow options given to South Africans but there is no link for Paypal services on my online fnb account. Please help.
You can withdraw to a card in your country and not a bank account.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

I have tried to withdraw money a visa but Paypal said the card is not eligible for instant payments. I checked how PayPal works in my country through the link you have sent me and I'm able to receive money, the problem stands with when I withdraw it.
It still hasn't been solved. I have realised that even as a Mosotho citizen banking in South Africa, it is very difficult to be linked to be able to withdraw funds, whereas you can easily receive and send them. It is very difficult.
