I am not receiving any payments, paypal generates a message "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." with Error-code 402. and I am using REST api, it's working for sandbox, help me for live. I am from India.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
