I can't find "Pre-approved payments" option in my account.

I cannot find Pre-approved payments in my paypal account payment setting.

As you haven't said what country you are in and it varies OR what type of account you have then all i can do is say to go the cog icon next to log out and then click on payments in the blue band > scroll near to the bottom for the pre approved payments.
