I cannot accept my money from a discord donation.

I recently downloaded a discord bot that allows fans to donate me money in exchange for a role in the server. Someone sent me $10 and it showed up in my account all fine and dandy. But, it says “pending” and I cannot accept the money, for there is no button to do so. Please help.

Thank you for your post. It sounds like the payment may be pending due to delayed funds availability. Funds are typically held for 21 days, but can be released more quickly when delivery is confirmed. If you mark the item or service (in this case the granting of the role) as delivered, then the sender of the payment can mark the service as received and the payment can be released more quickly.

How would the receiver go as to confirm that they received the product? They say that it says “pending” for them as well.

Please re-check the transaction Details Page (click on the transaction in your Activity) to see if the status says "pending" or if it says "unclaimed." Please also ask the sender to check the Details Page in their account.

If the sender sees the status says "pending" or "unclaimed," that indicates you may need to take steps to confirm your email address and/or complete your PayPal profile.
