I don't get my money when I sell items on grailed

Alright, so last time I sold something on grailed I didn't get the money, but the guy who bought the item I was selling sent the money BUT there is no type of activity going on with him on my paypal and this was 3 months ago and I still haven't got my money...
So today I sold another item through Grailed and as before there is no activity with the buyer on my paypal, no where to add the tracking number, NOTHING. So he sent me a screenshot of the Transaction ID but I couldn't find anything when I searched for it either. Please help i don't wanna loose my money once again...

Did you provide the correct PayPal email address at Grailed or to the buyer? Is your PayPal email address successfully confirmed? Beware of scams where buyer says they sent payment but payment never came or was never sent try to get you to ship item without paying.

See if there is a transaction ID number on the screen shot and call customer service to confirm if the transaction ID is valid or not or see if there is an issue with your PayPal account:
