Issues with Aviteo / UseNext, please - give me some insight!!

Hello,

 

First of all I must just address something. I know I made a bad decision!

 

1. I took an offer inside a mobile game to get some free in game content. The offer was a 14 day Trial to "UseNext" or "Aviteo".
I signed up using PayPal.

Not long after I signed up I felt like something was wrong - so I went and logged into PayPal and cancelled the reoccurring payment.
Notice that when I looked at the information already in the "receipt" from this company, they wanted to draw money first from my current PayPal account balance money. I was lucky, because I had none. Therefore it said "Total Billed amount: 0.00".

I have been ill for some time and this has made me very tired and not alert enough to manage my e-mail properly. I just ignored any emails from this company - until a few days ago when they stated that if I wasn't going to pay before 12/12/2018 they would need to use some sort of 'service' to collect the money for them. I'm naturally getting stressed out and what not.

First off I went and tried to give them their money through their webiste. There are two choices. Credit Card or Paypal. I refuse to put my Credit Card details there so I use PayPal. Now immediately when I press the "Complete Order", I'm sent to a seemingly "fake" progress bar. It just sends me back to the "Verify Payment" page. I try again and I see a tiny button saying "Press here if you are not getting through". I pressed it and I get sent to my profile page.

When I'm logged in I want to get a hold of the support staff immediately. So after looking, there are ways - such as their "<removed>". Or "<removed>". Those are plain silent. No answer what so ever. So I finally find an online form. I fill it out and state my business, kindly and sincere. When I'm not receiving any answers I'm trying to log into my account to see if there's anything notification of sorts. The login page says that I'm blocked from logging in.

I'm trying out the "Verify payment details" e-mail again and go through the same process I wrote about above - and "et voilá". I'm inside my account. Now when I click the "Plan" tab. It clearly states that my account has been disabled and my plan is not active.

 

7.

I'm still freaked out because I'm still getting the messages stating that I haven't paid, they are obviously automated. But why?!

I have 3 days left until they supposedly are going to start unleash their dogs on me.

 

 

I'm sick, don't have much money to live off in the first place.

Did anyone go through this? Please, help me out!
