Linking Alibaba Cloud with Paypal

Hi, I am interested to link my Alibaba Cloud with Paypal. I heard it is safer than linking my Credit Card directly to Alibaba Cloud.

Today, I created a Paypal account and link it with my credit card.

However, I have a problem while I am trying to link it.
