Marks and Spencer refund

Hi, I hope someone can help me please.  I ordered some shirts from M&S 2 days ago and paid with my credit card via Paypal.  Just realised that all the shirts are reduced in price so I asked M&S if they would refund me the difference between what I actually paid and the new reduced price.  They agreed to this and have been refunding the money to my card this afternoon via Paypal in drips and drabs (3 payments received so far).  They then informed me that they had refunded all the money except £8.50 which Paypal had declined.  Does anyone know what this means?  Why would Paypal decline a payment?  M&S told me to take it up with Paypal.  If anyone can offer me some advice I'd be very grateful.

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.
