My refund from JetBlue will not post to my PayPal Account and no one seems to know why

My refund from JetBlue sent April 3, has a strikethough line through it on PayPay dated April 7, and no one seems to know why. I have called and emailed JetBlue twice, they say they cannot cancel a refund once it is sent. PayPal just keeps telling me to call JetBlue.

 

Will I ever get my money???

Hi Heather, did you get a solution to this issue over time? I have the identical situation and have gone back and forth with JetBlue and Paypal. Nobody can provide me answer as to what happened. Only my seat selection fees were refunded on Paypal, but after 2+ wks of waiting I haven't gotten a refund on my main ticket charge.

I have this issue also (the same time frame, April 8th ) and I have not been able to get reslove from either Jet Blue or Paypal. 

Paypal closed my dispute. Jet Blue refers me back to Paypal.

I have sent 2 letters to Paypal via post and no response. 

All Pay Pal has to  do is look at our summary, reference the booking code and they would be able to see that no refund has been applied. However, no one cares about our issue. Perhaps 173.00 is nothing to these companies but it is unethical to keep funds that rightly to not belong to them. 

I have asked for several months and my request is ignored.

 

Today I will be sending another letter and will include the post that another customer has experienced the same exact thing. Obviously there was some kind of glitch during this period.

Been dealing with it for 45 days and I’m ready to <Removed> somebody....NOONE will help....back n forth to both places and no one has the answers

I am in the same situation. I have been dealing with this since April. PayPal flat out ignores my letters. Jet Blur refers me back to PayPal. I’ve sent a letter to PayPal with even mention of this exact blog. I’ve asked them to simply review my account to verify that a refund corresponding to the flight reservation was never refunded. I honesty don’t know what else to do. Does anyone have any ideas?

It has been very frustrating. I have sent countless messages and even sent a letter to PayPal Resolution in November with all the information. Still no response. It seems that it could be remedied easily by just taking the time to look at our individual accounts to see that we were not credited. Might be enough people here for a class action.
