Regarding your concern, you can do basic troubleshooting for the device that you are using like clearing cache and cookies of the browser that you are using, switching to a different browser or if you are using the PayPal app, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the app. Hope this helps. I tried clearing my cookies and cache on Firefox, but it didn't work. I can use PayPal just fine using Edge, but I still want to be able to use it on Firefox.
