Payment on iherb.com can not be proceeded, so the order canceled by iherb. Tried many times.

Maiking payment on iherb.com using Paypal button, the system show the message: Thank you for your payment! But there is no any transaction in my Activity on paypal.com. After few days iherb canceled the order due it unpaided. What's the reason is ?
