Payment options greyed out

My credit card Was compromised and had to be cancelled. Therefore I am attempting to buy a bus ticket to the airport using PayPal. It is defaulting to my now cancelled credit card. I am attempting to change payment option to my linked bank account. However payment options are greyed out and cannot be selected

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

In general, our system reviews every transaction before it's complete and sometimes, for security reasons, a payment method is made unavailable. Unfortunately, we would not be able to manually change the security settings but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! Also, I would recommend removing the disabled card from your PayPal account and choosing a different preferred payment method.
