I bought my cosmetics via paypal on the Lancôme website but the payment failed, then I received an email showing that my payment was deducted and payment is in progress in paypal, but no order was generated on the Lancôme website.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
