I've been trying to cash out a payment from Premise (the app) for a while. It's been hit or miss on whether or not Premise can send money to PayPal and I'm starting to get a little suspicious. It feels to me like Premise is getting caught in some sort of filter or is getting blocked by PayPal regularly, which makes me suspect that they're not quite legit. Does anyone know more?
