Paypal debit declining ONLY at Stamps.com

I have been using my paypal debit card on stamps.com for months to purchase postage to create mailing labels. Now all of the sudden it wont take it. Contacted Stamps.com, they said to check with paypal. I checked my info on paypal, there are no issues I can see. I re-entered the card info and also added a backup funding source. But it doesnt work. It works when I used it for other purchases, just not at stamps.com. which leads me to believe the problem is on their end, but all they give me are cut and paste scripted responses. (slammed them on their survey).  

anyone having problems using their paypal debit on stamps.com. Any resolution?

Out of nowhere I started having this issue as well. I've been using my PP debit card to pay for postage for months and suddenly today I can't purchase postage. But I've been able to use my PP debit card to purchase other goods from other stores after the Stamps error. This is not a PP issue. I added a second card from another bank into Stamps and that one was declined as well. My Stamps account has been blocked.... by STAMPS! After spending more than an hour on 2 different phone calls with 2 different techs, they told me that Stamps is declining the card purchases under the suspicion that the purchase is fraudulent, not PP. As a side note, the second tech gave me a 3rd number to call for "Admin Support" but warned that I could be on hold waiting for yet another tech for 2 hours or more. 40 minutes and counting....
