Paypal won't allow preferred payment method for Wayfair purchase

Paid by direct withdraw from linked bank account on Overstock, but then on Wayfair it won't allow and asks for credit card which isn't my preferred method?????

reverse problem for me - wayfair did direct withdrawral from my bank account, instead of "preferred payment" from credit card !

I have this problem and it doesn't feel safe or secure to me at all, payment from Paypal to Wayfair goes directly without checks or logins to Paypal takes straight out of my bank account no option from Paypal to say where I want the monies to be taken from. This is very wrong.
