Placed order online to pick up in-store at Home Depot on 12/17. Order charged and canceled same day. However, PayPal still showing no refund. I opened the case 12/27, Paypal now wants me to show shipping information that I sent item back. I never received anything. The order was canceled. I just want my refund. It's still not resolved.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I am dealing with a simular situation right now. But my charges arent showing up on my PayPal statement or bank statement (I'm assuming because the money is "on hold") but I recieved a text notification of the deduction. PayPal is asking for a transaction ID number, but I dont have one because I never completed the order, jist the PayPal checkout. After doing the PayPal checkout the site wanted to charge $60 for shipping which was almost as much as the order so I didnt go through with it. I have no idea how to get my money back.
