Please help me here I'm literally crying right now

I wanted to buy the boots from the Urban Outfitters but the order was on hold until they can verify my information.

And they wanted to get the PayPal transaction ID, and if they don't hear from me in 48 hours' time,

my order will not be charged and my order will be canceled. However,

I just saw the email and I called the customer service at Urban Outfitters they already removed my order and they didn't take money away from me Therefore,

I would like to cancel the payment and I saw this is still in the pending section. when I tried to find 'cancel payment' but I cannot. 

Even I tried to call the customer service, but the automated kept saying "sorry, it's currently not open yet" I cannot speak to representative at all. 

Can I get my money back? it's pretty huge.

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending 'awaiting authorisation' until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
