I am trying to take payment from a Southern Irish customer using the virtual terminal....however it doesn't recognise the postcode and cannot procced....the postcode is definitely correct and I have even tried zeros instead .....either as Y00 E000 or 000 0000....but still not accepted. Please advise what we can do. Post Code for Eire
