Hello everyone! i have been experience problems with my PayPal for quite some time, i normally buy items through a website/agent called Superbuy.com, it is a chinese website. The way pay them is by Top-up balance to my Superbuy wallet, in doing so, i topped up my balance with PayPal. Everything went smoothly for the last 3-4 months, but a few weeks back, i've been experiencing unsuccessful top ups and this is the error code that i got from Superbuy
"10486". I have also some screenshots of the problem. I also tried topping up my balance on another platform which is Steam, it runs smoothly and ended successfully. I'm suspicious that MAYBE PayPal thinks that the Superbuy is some shady chinese website, right now i have no idea i can top up my balance as of now.
